Delivery is subject to carrier delays or force majeure events.
Risk transfers to you upon handing off to shipping carrier.
Title to goods passes to you when we deliver to carrier.
For perishable food products, we use appropriate packaging and temperature-controlled shipping where possible, but we are not liable for spoilage caused by carrier delays or improper storage after delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds

Use that policy to initiate any return or refund.
Food products are generally non-returnable once opened or if perishable unless defective/damaged upon arrival (subject to hygiene and safety rules).
