Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with SAIEMON. We strive to offer quality apparel and food products with complete customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve got you covered under the following policy:

1. Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return request.
After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return/refund:
For Apparel (clothing, hoodies, kurtas, tees, etc.):

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
It must include original tags, accessories, and packaging

For Food Products (dishes, ready-to-eat items, ingredients, etc.):

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
It must be returned within the 14-day window and still be within its expiry/use-by date
Perishable or temperature-sensitive food items (e.g. fresh or frozen dishes) are generally non-returnable unless defective/damaged upon arrival

General requirements (all products):

Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, invoice) must be provided
Some final-sale items, clearance merchandise, or perishable food products may not be eligible for returns — these will be clearly marked on the product page
We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet our condition standards

3. Return Process
To process a return:

Contact us via email or live chat within the 14-day window. Provide:
Order number
Item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return
Photos (especially for damaged, defective, or food quality issues)

Our support team will review and respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (defective item, wrong item sent).
Use a tracked shipping method — we are not responsible for lost returns in transit.
Send items back to the address provided by our support team.

4. Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
You may request an exchange (subject to stock availability) or full refund
Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is our mistake)
Refund amounts will reflect the item price minus any discounts or coupons applied
For food products, refunds may be partial or denied if the product has been opened or tampered with for hygiene and safety reasons

5. Damages & Defects
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (apparel or food):

Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
Provide clear photos or videos of the issue
If confirmed as our error, we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at no extra cost

6. Cancellation
You may cancel an order before we ship it by contacting support promptly.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled — you may initiate a return under the 14-day policy (subject to the conditions above).
